An in-house Pictorial Directory  is being compiled.  The pictures will be mounted on a winged display board in the narthex and may be used to help us get to know each other.  Now you won’t have to be embarrassed that you’ve forgotten a name.  You can go to the Pictorial Directory and find it.  

Members’ pictures will be taken on Sunday mornings between services and at 12:00.  Each week 10-15 families will be notified that they can get their picture taken on the next Sunday.  These families will also have a prayer petition offered for them during worship that day.  We hope to have the directory completed by Easter.

The Parish Life Team is "pinning" the homes of Advent members onto a Franklin County map. This will serve as a tool to help us connect our church family with one another.  On the first 2 Sundays of March, Sheri Wilson will be in the Narthex after each service with the map and will assist you in pinning your home address and recording your map coordinate. Please make a "point" to see her!

Due to the inclement weather conditions the Shrove Tuesday Pancake Supper and Talent Show is canceled and will not be rescheduled.

There may be a talent show in the near future but those details will be worked out later.

Tomorrow evening's Ash Wednesday services will happen as scheduled at 7:00 p.m.

Our next business meeting will take place on Sunday, January 31st, during the Sunday school hour (beginning at 9:45).  We usually meet in Jean’s office, but the room location is subject to change.
