December 4th is First Sunday Fellowship. This month we are celebrating Christmas Cookies, so please bring your favorite Christmas cookie to share with the congregation. Join us in the Fellowship Hall after both the 8:30 and 11:00 services.

The Fellowship team will be hosting an Ohio State vs. Michigan viewing party in the fellowship hall THIS Saturday (11/26/2011). The football game starts at noon this year, so the event will start at 11:30am to allow you to get settled before the big game. We will be using one of the church’s projectors to show the game on a 12 foot screen in the fellowship hall. If you wish to attend, please bring some tailgate food to share, and if you wish, some comfortable seating (ie lawn chairs). This will be the 6th year we have hosted this event, and so far, OSU has been 5-0 in wins over Michigan. Please come and help us keep the streak alive. GO OSU!

Click below to see pictures from Advent's first annual Reformation Potluck and Live Auction on October 30, 2011.  The night featured food, live entertainment by the New Indulgences (John and Joe Bolzenius) and a live auction which helped raise funds for Advent's Youth to attend the 2012 ELCA Youth Gathering in New Orleans next July.  We hope to have a similar if not greater success next year!

THE FELLOWSHIP HOUR after first worship service on June 5 will be a celebration to recognize all the choirs, including bells, and the music staff for their ministry this past year.  Enjoy this special fellowship and the opportunity to say thank you to the adult and youth choirs, angels, bell choir, directors, and others who contribute special music.
