As a verb, to fellowship simply means to spend time with a community or company. God designed the Church to be a fellowship—not just a community, but a family of faith who share God's ideals and beliefs (Ephesians 2:19-22). Being around others at church can help us improve ourselves—for "as iron sharpens iron, a friend sharpens a friend" (Proverbs 27:17, New Living Translation).

First Sunday Fellowship
Advent offers coffee and conversation between services on a weekly basis but the First Sunday of every month is special -- lots of goodies. Advent’s Parish Life Team supplies the donuts but individual congregational members also often offer home baked specialties as well.
